Grupo Coagro's warehouse app in Flutter: prints QR address labels (picking and reserve), writes each product's location back to Winthor, and logs stock-outs, batch mismatches and near-expiry items — on Android and web.

Grupo Coagro's warehouse app: prints QR address labels (picking and reserve), writes each product's location back to Winthor, and tracks stock-outs, batch mismatches and near-expiry products — on Android and web.
// The challenge
The warehouse needs to know where each product lives — aisle, building, level, slot — keep that location in sync with the ERP, and see what is running out or expiring before it becomes a loss.
// The solution
Flutter with Provider, and the home screen in MVVM with immutable state. Address labels print as PDF, five per A4 sheet, with the location's QR code; the chosen location is written to Winthor (branch, warehouse, aisle, building). On flaky networks every call checks connectivity first and retries up to three times, with a 10 s timeout, only on network errors. Monitoring groups near-expiry batches by priority and deadline, and the stock-out report prints as PDF.

Sole developer: all 929 commits of the app, from October 2024 to December 2025. A Grupo Coagro system.
